Abstract
Objective:To report a rare case of squamous cell carcinoma in the recipient cornea.Methodology:A 72year old male,who was admitted for total corneal ulcer,underwent therapeutic keratoplasty and his cornea was sent for histopathological study which revealed squamous cell carcinoma.Result/conclusion:The rarity of squamous cell carcinoma in a non keratinised cornea incited reporting.The only possibility coming to mind is a pre existing OSSN.
