Abstract

Here we report a case of Encysted conjuctival bleb following uneventful cataract surgery presented to us on two month post operative period. Inadvertent bleb or cyst can occur following cataract surgery if the wound is not properly constructed and closed. Here it’s a rare case where bleb is encysted well so there was no shallowing of anterior chamber with good vision unlike communicative bleb where there will be shallowing if anteriir chamber . The patient had only irritation otherwise symptomless. Patient was taken up for resurgery with wound reconstruction.
