Abstract

Here we report 3 cases of keratoconus which were olanned for cataract surgery. All were planned toric IOL after careful slit lamp examination and orbscan, itrace and iol master 700 were taken and IOL planned. Postoperative vision improved well and patient were satisfied with toric IOL. Mild to moderate keratoconus which are stable with bow tie astigmatism were selected for toric IOL
