Abstract
It’s a rare case of oguchi disease with mizuo-nakamura phenomenon. A 19yr old female patient presented with decrease vision in both eye and night blindness. Fundoscopy both eyes revealed bilateral golden gray discolouration around maculae and bilateral macular stellate striations. After 45min of dark adaptation discolouration of retina turned to normal coloured retina. The mizuo-phenomenon is known to be specific sign of oguchi disease.
