Abstract

A 33 year old female presented with complaints of distorted images in left eye since 2 months.Anterior segment examination was Normal except for mild flare in both eyes.Fundus examination showed Mild Vitritis, Peripapillary yellowish white subretinal lesion with fuzzy margin in both eyes.FFA showed early hypo and hyperfluorescent lesions with late pooling of dye and ICG showed Early Hypocyanescence with late staining.She was treated with pulse iv steroid and tapered with oral steroids along with immunosuppressants .SRF with uveitis is a rare form of pan uveitis with unknown etiology
