Abstract

Presenting a case of 73 year old male patient with complaints of nodular swelling near right eye since more than 8 years.There was on and off bleeding and crusting of the swelling in the past. The patient had neglected the

swelling till it reached the present size. On examination there was a solitary pigmented elevated , lobulataed lesion with central crusting ,measuring 3x3cm, over the medial canthal region. he underwent excision biopsy which left a large lacunae over the medial canthal region. This defect was not correctable by a primary repair , for which we did a glabellar flap and post operative outcome was aesthetically and functionally desirable.
