Abstract

A 56 year old male presented to us with complaints of left eye mass of 4 years duration and pain for 6 months. Left eye was displaced down and out with swelling in the superonasal quadrant of the orbit and there was movement restriction superiorly. CT scan showed left sided sinus mass. A 48 year old female presented to us swelling and downward displacement of the left eye of one year duration. Eyeball was shifted down and medially with the CT report showing the mass involving roof and lateral wall of the orbit. A 45 year old female presented with complaints of diplopia on left gaze for 3 months and protrusion of left eye for one month duration. She underwent mastectomy 4 years back for carcinoma breast. Lateral orbital wall swelling was noted with eyeball pushed down. CT scan showed left orbital bony secondary with thinning of the frontal bone.
