Abstract

Cataract surgery has emerged as refractive surgery. Patients’ expectations have gone sky-high. The refractive surprises following cataract surgery are not uncommon. The surprise can be managed by a variety of techniques- incisional surgeries, LRI, Laser vision correction, IOL exchange and Piggyback IOL. Here we describe the case-specific indication of each procedure, pros and cons and tips for getting the optimal result and a satisfied patient.
