Abstract
A 30-year male patient presented with watering and boggy swelling of lacrimal sac area of left eye, polypoidal growth of left nostril and oropharynx which bleed on touch for one year. The patient had a history of pond bath. The patient underwent excision of growth from nose and oropharynx by otorhinolaryngologist. Dacryocystectomy was done for lacrimal sac growth. On histopathology of growth from all the three sites showed multiple sporangia with sporangiospores. Dapsone was given to patient after ruling out G-6PD deficiency to prevent recurrence. Rhinosporidiosis with such kind of multiple involvement is rare as per literature review.
