Abstract

CASE: 11 years old female complaining of diminution of vision of the left eye more than the right eye for last 10 days, which was associated with mild grade of pain, was however not associated with watering, photophobia or redness. Patient also gave a history of joint pains. There is history of similar episodes in the past.

On funduscopy- Multiple chorioretinal atrophic patches present in the left eye.

Discussion- This case illustrates diagnosis of VKH by looking into the clinical profile.
