Abstract

Presenting a case of 30 year old male patient who presented to us with complaints of on and off redness in both eyes since many years. On examination he had gelatinous limbal lesion in both the eyes. Otherwise cornea was clear . Tarsal conjunctiva was normal. On history taking his mother and elder sibling also had same complaints. Otherwise his anterior and posterior segment examination was within normal limits. Clinically diagnosis of Hereditary Benign Intraepithelial Dyskeratosis was made . He was treated with topical low potent steroids and lubricants and was asked for regular follow up.
